How it works

  • Once a month you receive a carefully balanced selection of 10 healthy Mediterranean-inspired meals in your email inbox
  • Each issue of Everyday Mediterranean features 1 breakfast dish, 2 vegetarian/vegan dishes, 2 fish dishes, 2 meat dishes and 1 dessert, plus two “bonus” recipes for healthy drinks, dressings, sauces or stocks
  • Each recipe contains “Nutrition Notes” explaining what makes it healthy, and a color photograph of the dish
  • You also receive a meal-planning and a shopping-list template that will help you plan all the week’s meals ahead and get organized
  • The cost of the Everyday Mediterranean meal plan is $3.50 per month (approx. £2.15 / 2.55€). Payments are made via PayPal using a credit card or PayPal account.
